Study4Success.org LLC (“Study4Success,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit study4success.org, enroll in a course or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and newsletter forms: your name, email address and message.
- Student application form: your name, any previous last names, date of birth, gender, mailing address, email, phone numbers, education history, work availability and experience, and your answers to eligibility questions.
- Course enrollment: your name and email address, plus the course you purchased.
- Course activity: your course progress, quiz and exam results, and certificates earned.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe (and, if you choose, Klarna or Afterpay). Your card or bank details go directly to these providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as your name, email, billing ZIP/postal code, the amount paid and the last four digits of your card.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our site and hosting provider collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, mainly for security, spam prevention and site performance. We use cookies needed to keep you logged in to your course and to make the site load faster. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To enroll you in courses, give you access and send your login details
- To process payments and refunds
- To track your course progress and issue certificates of completion
- To confirm your eligibility for programs and certification exams, and to provide program records if you ask us to
- To answer your questions and provide student support
- To send course updates and announcements if you sign up (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To maintain the security of our website and comply with legal obligations
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as Stripe, Klarna and Afterpay (payments), our web hosting provider and email services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- With certification or accreditation bodies (such as PTCB) when required for program reporting or when you ask us to confirm your training
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our students or the public
- With a successor business if Study4Success is ever sold or merged, subject to this policy
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your enrollment and course records for as long as needed to provide our courses, confirm your training for certification or employment, and meet legal, tax and accreditation record-keeping requirements. Contact form messages and newsletter signups are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections, password-protected accounts and trusted payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
- Access and correction: you may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion: you may ask us to delete your information, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or accreditation reasons.
- Emails: you can unsubscribe from course update emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy
Our website and courses are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Students under 18 should use our site with a parent or guardian’s permission. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other websites, such as PTCB, NHA and payment providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
